You might also want to add some exercise calories, depending on how hard you upchucked.
Absolutely. A good hurl can really work those abs.
Also, don't forget to weigh the 'returns'.

When you're sick, don't even bother logging the food
And even if you vomit, calories start getting absorbed while you're chewing....so there's no "accurate" way to account for the barfing.0 -
What a strange thing to worry about. You can't feel that bad if you are concerned about your MFP entry
When I'm sick all I want to think about is getting better, not subtracting the calories I just puked up.
