I don't do that for the weekend but I do something close. Once a week, I work a 12 hour day and don't have tim to workout. It also happens to be the day I treat my husband to a slusie and tacos from taco bell. I just get 2 to 3 tacos. Which happens to be my 4th meal. I am normally over but I don't sweat it because I know I had burned and not ate up the calories from 2 to 3 zumba days.

I'm not that organized and it's not weekends I eat. But I do try to stock up calories ahead of time if I know I'm going someplace I'll go over. So I'll take walks and eat very carefully during the day if I know I'm going out for pizza and cake at night.

And I'll check out pizza and cake calories ahead of time so I know how much I can have.

Work out a system that works for you.
