Looking for some motivation!

Hey everyone! I'm 21 and just started a Ph.D. in Ancient History. I spend a lot of my time in the library/class, but I'd really like to get in shape and get healthy. I was very on top of my weight in high school since obesity runs in my family, but I got to the point where I was eating only 800 calories a day and killed my metabolism. I want to get back to my high school weight (and hopefully lower) HEATHILY and keep it off. Feel free to add me!
