Kickboxing Workouts for Home Use

Hello, Everyone!
I'm new to this site (first day!). I have been a personal trainer for many years, and then I opened up a gym several years ago. It was geared towards boxing and kickboxing. After selling the gym, I still personally trained many people. But seeing the effectiveness of kickboxing (or even boxing) as a weight loss/cardio/toning up solution, I began to grow less interested in training people doing traditional exercise and only wanted to train them in kickboxing.
As time went by, I started formulating these kickboxing workouts, writing them down, fine-tuning them, eliminating the fluff, and adding in what I thought would make each workout absolutely perfect.
Now I've developed such a complete system (for the heavy bag) that I actually started making it available online, and have just recently started a website devoted to this system. Its what I use EVERY time I workout, its what I train my clients on EVERY time they workout, and its just an absolutely perfect way to have a home workout program. One of the key strengths of the system, is that it has 10 different workouts, so that you do Workout #1 on Monday (for example), then Workout #2 on Wednesday, and so on... So by the time you get thru all 10 workouts, a whole month has gone by and when you get back to the first workout it is still fresh and interesting. I've been training this way for 2 years straight with my clients and everybody just loves it!
I'd invite each of you who are interested in working out out at home, and on a heavy bag, to check out my website and see if you think it may be a good solution to your own exercise needs. WWW.KickboxingAtHome.com
I look forward to being a part of this community with all of you!
