I might try adding weight lifting in two days a week. i like my social exercise classes to much to give them up but I wouldn't mind bumping up the program a bit. And dang it, but I want to be able to bust out 20 push ups, and this is the training I need for that strength.0

That sounds like a great plan! Weight training is really important for maintaining muscle mass as you lose weight.0
