Calzone calories?
My husband made calzones for dinner tonight and he made me "special" ones with ricotta, spinach and onion instead of the pepperoni and meatball ones that he made for the rest of the family. They were about 3" by 6" rectangles and the dough was thin, they were about maybe 1/2" thick total. What would you say they would be for calories and fat? I logged them based on another person's recipe but really I have no idea.
Thanks. Jennifer

That was really sweet of him!!!
If you know his recipe, you could go to sparkrecipes.com or caloriecount.about.com and analys the recipe. Other than that, I don't know that we could estimate for you, too many unanswered questions. How much ricotta did he use? Was it regular ricotta or low fat? How much veggies? Did he make the dough or was it store bought?0
