You mean calorie restriction? Technically I've been for almost a year and a half but as a lifestyle no. I love to eat more than I love a long life. There are a lot of websites and several people with journals you can check out. I did some research but knew it wasn't for me. At least not at this time. Good luck though:drinker:

A diet that is backed by miles and miles of research proving it can help extend the length and qualtiy of your life through calorie restriction that is nutrient dense. I'd like to apply the concepts to my diet (making sure my protein, Vitamins and minerals, fat, fiber, etc are adequate) but I can't do the calorie restriction part yet because I'm still in my child bearing years but I'd really like to improve the qualtiy of the food i put in my mouth...especially since my little one is so interested in what mommy's eating. It's a little extra shove to eat well.

But I would love for someone to allow me to look at their meals :) Right now I'm having trouble getting enough iron and potassium everyday. I hit it most days....

Plain yogurt is great for potassium and calcium. I try to eat 3 a day. The other half can be gotten through meats (fish) and beans (I limit mine to 1/4 cup dry per serving) and spinach and other leafy greens. The iron I'm still working out. I have supplement b/c I'm anemic but shamefully I don't take them often.
