sleep apnea & pcos

Hi just want to introduce myself I'm montey from UK I've had Pcos for best part of my life and also suffer from sleep apnea , would love to have some support and help from anyone else who has these conditions :)

    I am not sure what PCOS is but I too have Sleep Apnea, i have been on CPAP for 16 years and it has saved my life. Good luck here.

    Hey, I am also from the UK and have PCOS, feel free to add me as a friend. I have only just started on MFP but have around 100lbs to lose so will be here for a long time I promise :o)

    Hi, my name is Kimberlee, 49. I have had PCOS all my life and was never able to have children and have the body to prove the condition. I also suffer from sleep apnea and have to use a cpap machine set at 9 whenever I go to sleep to breathe. My husband is underweigh, but had to get a cpap machine a wk. ago. Now he sleeps all night long. I don't sleep right now because of having major abdominal surgery 3 wks. ago and still have a lot of discomfort/pain. Feel free to add me. I am from Illinois, USA. I have several friends from Australia.

    Thankyou everyone for the replies don't feel to alone now , just making a start to try and change my eating habits and get some exercise done to try and help with these horrible conditions which I have been told by doctors that losing weight and exercise is the key :)
