Low Carb, No Gluten 14 Days...

I'm taking part in a 14 day "Lean Body Fitness" plan.

I've been given what I'm allowed to eat and what I'm not allowed, I'm given different workouts everyday and take measurements/pictures.

Can anyone provide any positive tips for assisting me??

    follow the directions I guess

    avoid any food you like =P
    Keep it out of the house.
    Keep it out of eye sight.
    Keep it off your desk at work.
    Leave your money for the snack machine at home.
