Type of exercising logging.

I have been trying to get at 3500 calorie burn. Last week I did it and went over it 3700 . yesterday i felt sick. I dont know maybe it was me pushing to hard? I use to in the beginning add " cleaning moderate" but I don't do that anymore and the 3700 calorie burn last week didn't have any of that just pure exercises. Do anyone put the extra everyday chores on their log. Are we suppose to ?

    Never mind I read on another board your just suppose to log actual exercises..:)
