Has anyone ever used or heard about the SueroViv cleanse?

I am just looking for feedback on it! I am not doing it as a way to loose weight; from what I have read, it is a very healthy way to rid toxins, jump start a healthy lifestyle, and support good digestion...

    You do not need a cleanse or a detox - your liver and kidneys do that for you.

    My only experience with cleansing came when I needed to have a colon cancer screen. People "of a certain age" are urged to do this. The cleanse itself was awful, in my opinion. I spent hours in the loo and had cramping even after my system was empty. Afterwards, I seemed to have a brief holiday from some of my dietary issues such as lactose intolerance. It came back within a week or less. I would not do this as a health measure unless my doctor urged me to do it for a medical reason.
