Looking for friends (want to lose 30kg slowly and steadily)

Hi, my long time goal is to lose 30kg but I want to do it by slowly and steadily by becoming more aware of what I eat by calorie counting (and that means I'm not just logging in the healthy stuff, the beer and fast food goes in there too).
I'm a pretty busy person so I don't go to the gym, but I try to walk everywhere I go.
