My curves are ______________ ) How awesome is it to be a woman? We were created to bare children and nurture mankind. We come in all shapes and sizes. Pear shapes to apple shapes. Size 2s to 42s. We are beautiful in each and every way. This topic is dedicated to all the women with curves! There is nothing wrong with wider hips, larger breasts or even a "donk"... lol. All of us should strive to be healthy. Currently I am about 165-167. At my heaviest weight I was 248! I've struggled with my weight but I am working on excepting ME for me, knowing that I can improve my physical with hard work and dedication. I'm not afraid of my hips, thighs,my rump, or my breast. I embrace my curves and I'm focused on only making myself healthier and even more toned and fit. Don't be ashamed of who you are! You are beautiful at any size, and if you want to change it, do it! But most importantly.... BE HEALTHY! Also ladies, I'm not sure if you know the ex Video Vixen Buffie the Body, but she is currently a trained and certified physical trainer. She has lots of videos that show how to work our abs, booties, thighs, everything! If you are concerned on how to maintain your curves and still lose weight she can help. Check her website out at www.bodynomics.com. It is also known as bootynomics.com. She also has uploaded youtube videos. Her story is amazing! She basically transformed her body and her exercise videos are well explained and helpful. You can never judge a book by its cover and after watching her I was very impressed by her knowledge and encouragement. Check it out! Let's all be proud of who we are! Happy Fitness! ~God is love
