weight juggles dont know why

Hello my question is this last week i eat 3000 callories i gained 4 lb or so to much this week i eat the same amount i lost 5 lb LOL whats going on im confused please help

You might have been more active this week. You might have been retaining water last. Your weight might just fluctuate up and down throughout the week but you don't see it if you only weigh once a week. I weigh daily and it is very normal to have fluctuations both directions. My range is about three pounds. It used to be much more, around seven pounds before I eliminated grains because they caused major water retention for me.0

could be as well i was working I also had a intense chest workout previous the day could be that0
