Since I am not a dog, I will not reward myself with food.... I saw a poster with that saying. I love it.
I will get new riding boots and another Gucci handbag, oh and so fillers (juviderme) for my face.
    i guess i'm a dog then! arf arf <3

My goal weight reward this time is public spankings.

Last time it was by default, I needed new clothes so I bought new clothes.

I don't believe in food rewards. If there's something I want so much that I view it as a reward I just have it in moderation within my regular lifestyle.

A couple of vintage two-piece swimming suits to wear in Cancun next May (like the kind on Mod Cloth and Unique Vintage).
A professional photo shoot with my hair length down to my legs (it's almost there already) at goal weight.

I don't think there is anything wrong with food rewards as long as it's not bingeing or often enough to hurt progress. Small snacks and treats are great mini reward incentives for some people. There are also dangerous for others like a recovering alcoholic having a drink.

I think final goal weight rewards should be some thing significant and motivational. I had a final reward but now I'm rethinking it and currently don't have one.

I'm a guy so I'm not supposed to get excited about clothes shopping but when I dropped a pant size sooner than I expected I was as giddy as a school girl. I'm trying not to buy any clothes though because I'm hoping to drop another pant size by the time I hit goal. So somewhere along this journey I am going on a clothing shopping spree.

On top of looking slim on my wedding day and slim for the ol' honeymoon in Japan, which is a reward and result in itself, an uber shopping spree (hopefully if I hit target by the January sales) and I don't care that people say you shouldn't reward yourself with food, I make a wicked lasagne (made by combining a recipe I found for vegetarian lasagne and old fasioned Italian carne ragu lasagne plus lasagne making tips I took off the tv series Sopranos ;P) for multi layered pasta rific tastegasm also a slice of cheesecake for pud.

I know people are gonna be "baaaw it's a lifestyle change food is not a reward" but when I'm maintaining I think I can slip in a few culinary delights if I compensate. :D

Membership at the local rock climbing gym. Used to love it at around 150 lbs. My husband has never been willing to go with me, but he promised to if I actually lost weight.
