How Do You Track Cardio Classes?

So I'm heading to a class at my gym this afternoon called Fierce Fit Body. This is the class description.

"Combining cardio, toning, and muscle development this strength and conditioning workout will challenge your muscular endurance, as well as your balance and core!"

How would you track that calorie wise? I'm fine with putting an estimate but don't want to be way off either way.

    I'd wait until after you do it and see what was involved. A heart rate monitor is the only way to be really sure if you want to eat those calories.
