Hello,
I have been using Herbalife for 1 to 2 meal replacements a day. I enjoy the taste, it works good with soy, it isnt too "chalky" and it goes down smooth but it is too darn expensive. I need to find something that is high in protein and fiber and low in carb. My options for stores are Kroger, GNC and Costco. I can't afford to spend too much.

I would recommend not having too many soya products
Do your research and you will see that soya can have many damaging effects especially for women
Try Almond Milk0 -
I manage a health food store. Try Whey Factors from Natural Factors. It is Non GMO, free of crap and added sugars and wholesome. Low carb too! It is my top seller. Here's the Natural Factors site, but I am sure that you can order online at a discount seller. http://www.naturalfactors.com/ca/en/products/678/whey-factors0
