hey, i started my diet about 2.5 weeks ago and i didn't find out about "myfitnesspal" until last week...i must say it has mad life so much easier while eating out or even cooking a good meal at home! im doing 1500 calories a day and working out on my wii fit about 4-5 days a week... feel free add me as a friend we all can use the support :-)

Welcome to MFP. I have been using this site for a couple weeks now and I love it. It makes everything alot easier for me cause I can plug in the foods I am going to eat during the day and know how much I need to exercise and if I can have an extra snack. I have lost a total of 6lbs since I started my diet and hopefully more to come. Congrats on you weight loss and good luck with the rest.0
