Special K Challenge

I just started the special K 2 week challenge. I thought it would be a good way to kick start my portion control and I was wondering if anyone has tried it before. Any success?

it actually made me gain weight because its alot of carbs and processed stuff. but good luck to you0

Don't do it, Special K is not very healthy and has very little nutritional value (aside from the 'added vitamins' and milk) with lots of sugar and almost no fibre. You'll probably just be hungry and it only works because you're cutting out a lot of calories at lunch time. But you could do the same by having a 200cal lunch, no matter the food you chose. It's just a way to get you to buy lots of Special K.0
