New running friends and ideas wanted!

While I have been using MFP for almost a year consistently I decided to start seeing if others can motivate and inspire me in staying healthy and achieving new fitness goals. While I consider myself as an avid runner, having done 5k's, 8k's and even a half marathon I am searching for better training ideas and results. Any ideas are greatly appreciated as I was sidelined for better than a month after my half because I injured my foot during it.
