For the last week I've had to light 3 candles for the anniversary of a departed souls as well as lighting 1 today for a family friend who is suffering through a failed suicide attempt that now has his life in the hands of his 'not so loving' loved ones who want to just end it and move on. I never really recognized myself as an emotional eater before, but the last week I guess I have to realize that I am. Its very hard for me to deal with stress, and emotions without drowing it in some sort of food variation, whether it be cake, or casseroles. I've been good so far, but the temptation is all around. I just keep telling myself that 1/4lbs add up in gains just as well as they do in losses, but the losses end in smaller numbers! Trying to stay strong for loved ones, and myself.
