I am 66 and need to exercise 30 minutes a day for my blood pressure... you would think that would not be that hard, but believe me it is a challange.. Also need to eat healty. I am 15 pounds over weight. So I am hoping this site will help me to achive my goal....

I am new to this site and hope that it will add additional motivation to get healthy. I am 62, diabetic and about 20 pounds overweight. I need to lose weight to help manage the cost of health insurance and prescriptions. No one else in my family needs to diet so it is hard. They are supportive but do not understand how hard it can be.0

it would be nice if your daughter returned your walk away the pounds lol lol. even if you turned on elvis and danced and walked non-stop for 15 mins its better than than just sitting around0
