A New Journey

Hello Everyone,
I have been on MyFitnessPal for 42 days now and I think the more people I have viewing my diary will keep me more on top of my game. I was in the military for 9 1/2 years so exercising is nothing new for me, I workout on a regular basis to include cardio and weight training. I recently realized that just working out is just one component of overall health, what I eat is just as important. I use to just workout and not worry about what I eat, now as I am getting older, I noticed trimming down or getting leaner is allot harder. Now I am learning how to eat properly and reprogram how I view food and keeping a diary. I would love to have more friends for encouragement and support and to share my journey.
