I have only lost 10 lbs but I am feeling the need to go out and buy belts today because my pants keep sliding down my waist! I haven't done it for a while because I was sure it was just an anomaly and I would bloat up again just like normal and not need belts...

That's awesome! I lost nine and was able to fit into shirts I hadn't worn in a while. It was such a great feeling. Going to try and hold off on buying anything new for just bit longer, though. Keep up the good work!0
