So I have been doing pretty well that past two days since I have been tracking my calories. I have only went over by less than 100 each day. However when I look at my nutritional goals I'm eating too much protein (30-50 g). What problems will the cause?

Essentially there is no down side to eating a lot of protien. If you do any exercising the added protien will help build muscle.0

MFP drastically underestimates the amount of protein you should be eating, in my opinion. I aim for about 120-150g. protein a day. It's better than eating too much carbs or fat.0

^^^^This. MFP has default settings for protein that are much too low. If you don't like seeing the red numbers you can always manually set your macros for more protein. Or just ignore them. But definitely eat more protein.0
