Am on level 2. 30 day shred and am wanting inspiration for what to do afterwards. Love the intensity and the fact that its only a 25 minute workout so can spend some time on my bike.
As I'm looking at this as a life style change rather than just a quick fix need to try and keep it interesting .
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
