Tofu Recipies

I am thinking about becoming vegetarian or pescatarian, and I know how to make fish fairly well, but I am clueless when it comes to cooking or making tofu, any good recipes or recipe sites?

    My abso-smurf-ly favorite one is the Tomato Braised Tofu. I serve it on top of polenta. My mom & I are vegan and the first time I made this for her, she gasped and said, "We can't have fish!" It looked like a tomato and onion smothered filet. It is super yummy :)
