Hi all,
Been on MFP for a while now (based in uk) but in the last 3 months have actively been kicking my own backside. Started by randomly quitting smoking on the way home from work and deciding that day to start running. I have NEVER ran in my life. Started with the Couch to 5k. Then joined a local gym. First month, didn't lose as wasn't dieting, just trying to concentrate on running and the not smoking so didn't want to push it. :explode:

Started the gym on 1st September. Now run between 3-4k a day, plus do 10 - 30 mins on the cross trainer, and 130-200 crunches.

Lost a stone. One more to go. Fit into clothes I haven't for years. Now I have a challenge thing on my profile - this Monday-Friday I vow to run/cross train 20km. Next week will be more.

Loving it Oh, and I get married in New York next year. I WILL be a slim bride :blushing:
