Egg Wash Calories

Another question from Miss Details Obsessed: Unused breadcrumb coating is simple enough to subtract, but when dipping meat into an egg wash, how much of the approx. 72 calories from 1 large egg should one realistically log as calories consumed? I would assume the calories would be too insignificant to matter -- correct?

IMO, yes, too insignificant to matter. But if you really wanted to know just measure the amount of egg before and after and log whatever percent of the egg is gone.0
