High protein diet?

Hi guys! I'm 5'7", 153 pounds. I'm hoping to shed down to 145-147 before New Years rolls around, and I plan on doing this strictly because I don't have much time. Would you recommend a high protein, moderate carb/fat diet with 4x HIIT each week with some strength?

    High Protein diets can't be dangerous to someone not understanding Keotones and most should be followed under the guidance of a medical professional. I'm at 45% Carb, 30% protein, 25% fat. I'd be cautious by high protein.

    According to her post, she doign high protein and moderate carb/fat. That's not low carb. I don't see why she would have to be cautious with that type of goal. Honestly, even if you try to eat high protein it's pretty difficult w/o supplements.
