Thanksgiving meat replacement

so yeah - I'm one of them...
to-furkey?? I don't know - I have read some reviews.
Does anybody have any real experience/ feedback?
My daughter and I are not eating meat, but we will have a turkey for others.
I am happy to eat everything else (side dishes), but thought I would try an entree if it is recommended.
Any thoughts?
