No Excuses for me today NSV

We can do this and I MUST do this and am doing it something fierce!
I was scheduled to do my Leslie Sansone Walk Strong (30 minutes brisk walking w/interval stretching and strength training) today. I went grocery shopping at three different stores and a ton of walking and when I got back, I had to prepare dinner and put all the stuff up and my legs were hurting from all the walking and I just said...I'll NOT do Leslie Sansone Walk Strong today--I'm tired and busy.
Hmmmmmph! I thought about those pics I took of myself yesterday, thought about all of your success stories and pics (especially of that pic with the size 24's pants under the new size mediums.) Got my tail up, and just did it and I'm so glad I did.

Also, my slim & trim boyfriend bought me a HUGE oatmeal cookie a few days ago. I ate a little less than half then, saving the rest for some other time. When I got in, I ate just a 1/4 of that bad boy and still have a ton left. This may not be a big deal to some, but to have a gourmet oatmeal raisin cookie for almost 4 days is nothing less than tremendous to me. It feels so GREAT to be on this journey, sure it's tough...but so am I--hmmmph! YAY! :drinker:
Also, instead of buying a bottle of perfume at the mall yesterday...I bought a gorgeous pair of chrome 10 pound weights--WOOT....that is sooooo utterly cool to me.

That is terrific! Walk Strong is one of my favorite DVDs ever! I've been using those 10s on the last interval... Good for you and especially with that willpower. (I ate my whole cookie today...)0

Actually it was ONLY three days. He brought it for me on Saturday--it was a big cookie too...I didn't touch that bad boy until the next day Sunday (a little less than half) didn't touch it yesterday and had just a quarter of it today. Still have tons left :glasses: Thanks so much!
