I' ve been logging my food since thursday and it is so great. Normaly I just had to write it down on my notebook and then look up the info in my little book. This sight is Awsome!!!:smile:

started working out in Jan. 242
Started dieting and working out end of Feb. 232
March 6th weight: 222
Total goal weight:175 or less
Memor. goal:190

    I started a week ago, but i have been doing a bad job logging in my stats due to internet problems. But I've been logging anyway. What foods work the best for you?

    I am kinda doing no whites, diet with a 1200 calarie diet but I eat fruits and vegetables and whole grain. No sugar , no whites maybe 1 diet drink a week. So far I have been okay. But I don't want to starve myself either. I do have more energy.
