Eating Out!

I have a meal at an Indian with some friends on Thursday and need some advice on what to eat! I started the cruise phase (phase 2) of the dukan diet today, and I am really keen not to ruin my diet this early on! I really want to go to the meal but I have no idea what to order! Fortunately Thursday is a protein and vegetable day, but obviously carbs are off the menu (so I know no rice, naan, potatoes etc.) but what curry do I get? Indian food always seems to have so much oil and butter and things in it! I need something that is mostly chicken, spices and vegetables with very little oil! Help please I do not want to fall of the wagon but I also want something I will enjoy! I also don't want to have to ask all the waiters when we get there as I don't know all of the friends that well and I don't really want to tell them all about my dieting! I want to avoid any comments from them, also the Dukan diet is often looked down on by people as a 'fad' diet if they don't understand it and I don't want people trying to talk me out of it! Is there something I can eat at an Indian while on the dukan or will I just have to eat badly for one meal?

I agree with tandoori chicken, I always eat tikka chicken when I have indian. And yoghurt salad. Its normally made from plain yoghurt, with tomatoes, onions and cucumber in, really healthy. Just skip the rice and the wraps and you should be fine... When I go out and I know my options are limited, I have a big lunch, or a Dukan snack before the time... that way, I'm not starving and tempted when I get to the restaurant!
