Sadly, I'm really new to counting calories and eating healthy. This is what I've been eating for breakfast the last few days. Advice on if this is a good start greatly appreciated.

1 serving Land O'frost Premium Honey Ham 4 Slices - 60 cal (Browned in skillet)
1 whole large egg + 1 large egg white - 87 cal (Scrambled with 0 cal non-stick spray)
1 Apple Fuji - 53 cal (Sliced)
1 Laughing Cow - Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedge - 35 cal
1/2 serving Reduced Fat Wheat Thins (8 crackers) - 65 cal
Total 300 cal.

I took the calorie counts from my food log. I've also been eating "sweetie" apples in place of "fuji" but none on site. What are some things you eat in the morning? I had trouble finding something that would work for low calorie. Thanks!

Looks like a really good breakfast to me, lots of protein there and some fruit. Well done!

I think that looks good to me! I'm doing the Dukan diet so my breakfasts vary depending on whether I'm on a protein day or a protein and veggies day.
    On protein only days:
Boiled eggs with chicken strips to dip
    Poached eggs with ham
    Scrambled eggs
    Plain or ham omlette
Ham with low fat cottage cheese

If I'm allowed veggies I'll add grilled or raw tomatoes and dry fried onions, with the omlette I have peppers, tomatoes, onion.
