Rowing looks like a good form of exercise. Thinking about getting a Concept 2 Model D. Does anyone have any experience with this machine? Thanks

Yep - I have one at home it is the best zero impact all body work out you can get.
Three things to keep in mind
1. keep the damper at 3 is there is a drag test to tell if you are in the right zone - this is not a intensity measure it just mimic a heavy boat.
2. It is about the effort you put in the harder you row the more watts you use the better (more intense) the work out gets - if you row slow but hard it is better that fast and easy.
3. Watch the video correct form when rowing prevent injury and gets more from it
I have very bad knee and this is just the best thing out there for me!0 -
Thank you. Should be a good change from my exercise bike. Going to order one soon0
