Hello everybody!
I gained a lot of weight in a short time and so I noticed that my stomach is used to too much food- I started to make this fastening cure that I made like 3 years ago- it worked out very good that time for me... just wondering if somebody already did this before and wether someone still can give me more advice to this topic.
my program:
yesterday ( first day): epsomite salt ( 30g) with hot water in the morning- water, teas without sugar, 200ml buttermilk, and 0,5liter chicken broth. I lost 3 lb in one day!!! last time I lost 8 lb in 11 days... hope today this will work out too
second and next days: epsomite salt (15g) with hot water in the morning, water, teas without sugar

if I can't resist following can be included: chicken broth, buttermilk, one tea spoon of honey, half an apple (after 7 days)

so I curious wether somebody has some experience on this =)
When I'm ok after 3 days I'll probably will start to work out too- wish me luck =)

If you truly gained weight in a short period of time, might be a lot of water weight or high sodium intake. Although I would think losing 3 lb in one days or 8 lb in 11 days is awesome, I can't imagine that it would be real "fat" weight as much as water. I could only do a diet like that if I never got out of bed, because i know for me that I would be exhausted.

I wish you success on your weight loss. But when doing something drastic, I think you should also consult with your doctor just to be monitored.
