Under calorie goal?

I ate 3 meals and 2 snacks today. I had 3 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables. I made really good balanced choices all day. I just had a little treat--a 60 cal sugar free pudding. I am 233 calories under my goal for today. I'm not hungry and its 7:45pm...do I eat for the sake of eating just to meet my minimum calorie goal?

    If you are full, I say don't eat for sake of eating. For every day like this there are at least 10 where you're way over and still starving.

    Occasionally? Not a problem. Happening every day? Need to incorporate a protein bar or something in to fill up those calories.

    No, jbox is right. There will be high and low days. Just mark today up as a good day :).

    and it really depends on your BMR and where that 233 Cal fits. if you are under your BMR, it's not good...
