Pork bones boiled in water to make soup

bought it to make a vegetable soup, just for taste. But I have no idea how to count it. I guess ill just count it as meat, eventhough i will throw out all the bones after cooking.

The bones do have some fat and meat on them, i wonder how much fat is gonna dissolve into soup.

I hope its not over what Ill count it as as a regular pork.

There's a listing in the database for "Homemade pork stock". I think it is 19 calories per cup.

What bone are you using? Hocks are much higher in fat than say shanks.
