Analog vs Digital Readings

Which is more accurate?
Today, I went to the doctor's office and got weighed with just my shoes taken off. The digital scale said I was 128 lbs. I think the scale is at least 3 years old.
When I got home about an hour later, I weighed in with my analog scale without my shoes, and it said I was 110 lbs. 18 lbs difference.
Which should I rely on? Which one is more accurate?
