I read womens fitness every month and I love it! It is full of exercise tips!

They have just brought out a fantastic book, called The Women's Guide to Weight Loss. It has an 8 week eating plan, it has cardio plans and also has an area each for the major muscle groups of the body for you to tone.

They have another book called Womens Guide to Toning, which I also have.

Would thoroughly recommend these if you are not sure where to start with your workout. :happy:
