I just finished my first block of DDP Yoga (13 weeks of beginner level.) I love it! Don't mind the super awkward faces I am making...

    Awesome! You look great and you gained a lot of flexibility. God knows I'd pull a ligament if I lifted my leg like that. ; )

    You have done great but I am not so sure about the comparisons in the third pic set. First one your knees are locked in and in the second picture they are slightly bent. But I am sure flexibility is something you can feel improving and hard to take pictures.
    I really need to do something like this since I don't think I can even touch my toes or straighten my legs...

    Also... I had to look up what DDP yoga was as I had no idea, and came across this video.

    I just finished my first week. I have a bad hip that needs to be replaced because it is bone on bone. This program IN ONLY 1 WEEK has made my hip feel better. I am actually limping less. Part of the limp I believe is due to some strain on my groin likely due to some limping around for other issues. I cannot believe the improvement in my hip. After seeing some of the videos I did expect a little improvement by being more limber and building up the muscles around the hip, but did not expect it this early.

    Hopefully I will remember to post some pix along the way. This really is a good work out, but remember it's only as hard and good as you make it with dynamic resisitance.
