Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 40 minutes on the elliptical
What would I have done differently? I should of had more than an orange for lunch... caused me to snack more than usual. I was ready for dinner @ 3:30 :noway:
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go to the gym
exercise weekly progress - 4/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days)

What would I have done differently? I shouldn't have ate a bag of M and M's and two chocolate chip cookies. And got my second workout in

What do you think about me posting one on Sunday or Monday for the week instead of daily? I think it would be easier for everyone to find.... We would check in daily but use the one post. I think Sunday would be good because I never post on Sunday!!! :laugh:0 -
