Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 40 minutes on the elliptical

What would I have done differently? I should of had more than an orange for lunch... caused me to snack more than usual. I was ready for dinner @ 3:30 :noway:

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go to the gym

exercise weekly progress - 4/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I worked hard in my spin class

    What would I have done differently? I shouldn't have ate a bag of M and M's and two chocolate chip cookies. And got my second workout in

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and do Insanity workout

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No :sad:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Worked on my taxes :cry:

    What would I have done differently? Ate my lunch closer to noon rather than waiting until I was really hungry. :huh:

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories :flowerforyou:

    What would I have done differently? Kept my gym goal

    What is today's personal goals? Get to the gym and stay within my calories (again)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finally made it to the gym!

    What would I have done differently? Ate a litle less at at Asian Fusion Restaurant :tongue: (yum!)

    What is today's personal goals? Get to the gym and stay within my calories (again)

    What do you think about me posting one on Sunday or Monday for the week instead of daily? I think it would be easier for everyone to find.... We would check in daily but use the one post. I think Sunday would be good because I never post on Sunday!!! :laugh:

    Just a suggestion for the Topic Review: Daily Check In for the week starting 1/30/10 ?? This way people will realize it is more than one day's worth of responses?? Just a thought here... I enjoy reading everyone's goals and pride moments... thank you for the thread.

    I like the week at a time idea! Gold K you can start on Sunday if that works best for you. You're the boss! :bigsmile: I will just be posting whenever I can and if you don't start a new one we can post to the old. Have a great rest of the week-end all! :drinker:

    What would I have done differently? Iprobably should have worked out, but i needed a day off
