Caprese Salad, Yum-O!

Threw this together for dinner and it was awesome so I thought I would share!

Three leaves of green leaf lettuce- 11 cals
One Roma tomato- 50 cals
Four Fresh mozzarella balls - 175 cals
Two fresh basil leaves, chopped- 1 cal
Balsamic Vinegar- 5cals
Original chicken patty- 140 cals
(I used a vegetarian patty but grilled chicken would be good too)

I need to find an alternative to Morning Star Farms chicken patty because they have A LOT of sodium but other than that it was delish!
