Motivational Support - Friends :)

Hi,

Im a 31m from Yorkshire in the UK, i'm after a friends network to help me through the coming weeks and months.

I've not exercised properly in over a decade and as a result have gone from 9st top division sunday league football winger to a 14st overweight dad. I'm only 5ft 4 so it gives you an idea of how overweight i am.

I've just completed day 3 of the 90 day Power 90 workout and i know before long the cravings and the motivation might start slipping, so i'm after a good friends network to keep me on the right path.
