150 done. I did them on my break at work so no weights, though I did hold these fancy punch-holder things we have. I'd guesstimate about 1.5 - 2 lbs. each.

Done. Since my smallest weights are 8lbs, I just did it with some big chunky candles I have. When I bought them the listed weight was either 1.5 or 2lbs. I don't remember though.0
