Hello all - I am starting to add fresh fruit and vegetable juice to my diet. Most of the recipes have a variety of veggies so I am not sure how many ounces of each I am getting with any one recipe. What is the best way to add these to my diary? I can certainly measure everything individually but maybe there is an easier way...
Thanks!

I just started juicing last night and I am planning to add it in as a recipe and then divide up the portions that way. Hope that helps!0
