Hi All,

been on the app a while now, although not really on the forums, so thought i'd say hey and check how things are on here.

Currently just finished doing the RFL diet, after already sorting my diet as a boost down the way. I am also working out 3-4 times a week with a split weights session and Muay thai lesson. So far I am enjoing everything (only been about 6 months), but I am held back a little by a leg injury which is worse in winter and so will see how I get on throughout the festive season lol.

Currently at abour 14st 5lbs although I dont have a target weight, looking to lose fat and get big.......so far so good :)
