Challenge with me!!!! lets kick the fat :D

Hey Im Sylvia from Germany, Im 33 and Im about to wear a german size 44, thats uk size 18 or so. 81 kg and 1,74 m. Its not that much but I just would love to lose a bit and get fitter. I gained 10 kg I broke my crutial ligament 2 years ago and broke it again a few months ago. I will have my second knee surgery mid december and thats why im trying to lose weight: I DONT WANT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN AND EAT TOO MUCH JUST BECAUSE IM FRUSTRATED. Im trying to do sports. what i can do with my f*** up knee. and next year will be a new year for me.

I want to try to eat less carbs and work out 3 times a week. I work from 7-5. Meal preparation is important I guess because I dont have much time. In the morning I eat muesli and then a snack then lunch something easy like bread with something or so and dinner chicken and spinaci and stuff like that. I like milk products and soya stuff. Im checking out recipes on oxygen and I have a few cool books. In general I think I know what to avoid the thing is just the inner pig and its really huge sometimes!!!!

I love chocolate. Any tips to avoid??
