ADA Exchange Diet for Diabetes / Tracking App?

Does anybody know of an app (with nutritional info similar to My Fitness Pal) that will help me calculate how my food fits into the ADA (American Diabetes Association) Exchange List / Plan? I loved My Fitness Pal when I was strictly counting calories, but now it's a bit more complicated. Suggestions?

    Sorry no clue on an app but I do carry the 'The Exchange List System for Diabetic Meal Planning" pdf on my Droid for reference.

    I agree tracking for diabetes like in Glucose Buddy would make MyFitness Pal the Ultimate program.
